Biography

I am interested in developing viral vector gene therapy approaches for neurodevelopmental disorders. I focus on Ataxia Telangiectasia(A-T) which is an autosomal recessive neurodevelopmental disorder. We aim to create novel adenoviral vectors with high efficiency cell transduction to deliver the gene of interest. This could potentially restore cell function and improve clinical manifestations of cerebellar degeneration.
