The Campbell Lab is interested in elucidating the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying various muscular dystrophy.  The goal of this research is to generate new knowledge regarding the function of skeletal muscle, to identify and define disease mechanisms that cause muscular dystrophy and to develop therapeutic strategies for these diseases.
