My lab is interested in monogenic causes of neurodevelopmental disorders, focusing on signaling enzymes such as kinases, phosphatases, and E3 ubiquitin ligases. To this end, we leverage our expertise in biochemical analyses of variants to interpret the phenotype of mouse models of these neurodevelopmental disorders.
